Carnivore/Ketovore Tzatziki Sauce

Ahhh Carnivore Ketovore Tzatziki Sauce... The aroma and flavour are so delightful on this mixture and it truly is so simple to make. Supplies:

  • Bowl or container with a fitted lid

  • Lemon juicer

  • Measuring spoons

  • Grater or garlic press

  • Spoon

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk GREEK yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove of garlic, grated, pressed or minced

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp DRIED dill OR 1 tbsp FRESH chopped dill

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Stir well to combine.

  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
